Dear Sir.

                                        COMPLAINT FOR ORDER NO. 4599

We received today electrick light fittings we ordered from you on may order NO. 4599. Three of the create reached us in perfect condition, but on packing the fourt. We found a large number of break age. As the fittings appear to have been carefully packed it would sem that the break age have been cause by rough handling in transit.

We endose a list of the damage fittings and shall be glad if you will take the matter up with the rall way outhorities replacements will of couse be needed and we hope you can arrange these to be sent within the next few days.
